I’mPatrik.

I build websites for businesses whose current site isn’t bringing in customers. People land on it, look around and leave. They can’t find a price, proof or a clear next step, so they call a competitor instead.

Or you’re paying for ads, the clicks keep coming, but the phone stays quiet. And nobody can tell you why.

That’s exactly what I fix. I write copy that answers your customers’ questions, build the site around one clear action and set up tracking, so you can see where your leads come from.

You know your business and your customers. I know what makes people get in touch. You tell me how your customers think and what they ask, and I turn that into a website that sells for you.

I’ve been building websites for 10 years and I work on my own. You always talk to the person who actually builds your site.

Google review

The questions people ask most.Straight answers.

I’m Patrik Derka, a web designer and developer from the Czech Republic who builds high-converting websites: sites people actually contact you through, not digital business cards that only look nice. For Malujlevně, I raised the conversion rate from 2% to 12%. I’ve been building websites for 10 years and have delivered more than 50 projects. I work on my own, with no agency and no subcontractors, so you deal with me directly from the first message to launch.

A high-converting website is built to turn visitors into enquiries. A typical business website converts 1–3 out of every 100 visitors; a high-converting one converts 5–10 or more. The difference isn’t the looks. It’s copy that answers your customers’ questions and doubts, one clear call to action, fast loading on mobile and tracking that shows where your enquiries come from.

A regular website describes the company: who we are, what we do, contact us. A high-converting website leads the visitor to one action: getting in touch. Right at the top it says what the customer gets and why they should choose you. It shows proof, meaning numbers, reviews and past work. It answers doubts before people leave, and the form or phone number is always within reach. That’s why it brings in several times more enquiries from the same traffic.

A typical business website turns about 1–3% of visitors into enquiries; a well-built site with a clear path to an enquiry reaches 5–10%. For Malujlevně, the conversion rate went from 2% to 12% after the website was rebuilt. The exact number depends on your industry, traffic source and price point: it tends to be higher for urgent, lower-priced services and lower for expensive projects.

There are two fixed-price packages. Core Sprint costs $1,490: one custom landing page, live in 7 days. Full Sprint starts at $2,890 and adds 2–3 key subpages, richer animations and help with your English copy, live in 10 days. You get an exact quote within 24 hours of your brief, and you pay the second half only once your website is live.

A website pays for itself once it brings in as much extra business as it cost. If your website costs $1,490 and each new client is worth $500 to you, three extra clients cover it. With 500 visitors a month and conversion going from 2% to 5%, you get 15 more enquiries every month, so the investment can pay off within the first few months.

Often a few changes are enough. Send me a link to your current website and I’ll go through it, show you where people leave without getting in touch and tell you honestly whether fixing the copy and the path to an enquiry will do, or whether a new website is worth it.

Look at results, not just at how the portfolio looks. Ask five things: how many enquiries their websites brought clients and how they measure it, who will actually work on your project, whether the domain, hosting and logins will be in your name, what exactly is included in the price, and who looks after the site after launch. If you don’t get clear answers, keep looking.

Yes. The domain, hosting, source code and all logins belong to you and are registered to you or your company. You’re not dependent on me, and you can hand the website over to someone else at any time. I offer ongoing maintenance after launch, but it’s entirely optional.

Both. Google is still the main way people find businesses, but more and more of them ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity, and Google itself now shows AI Overviews above the search results. For AI to recommend you, your website has to state clearly what you do, who for and where, and include structured data, concrete numbers and answers to your customers’ questions. That’s why I build websites that both search engines and AI understand.

Yes. I’m based in the Czech Republic and work with clients across Europe and beyond. Everything happens online, over email and a shared design you can comment on, and we communicate in English. Time zones are rarely an issue: you’ll usually hear back from me the same day.

You see the website take shape the whole time. Anything you don’t like, we change right away, not at the very end. You pay in two parts, the second only for the finished website. And because I build it myself, you always know exactly who you’re dealing with.
